*Send over as many photos as you'd like - but make sure you choose the coolest ones.
*The photos must be of cakes or cupcakes that you or a family member MADE (not purchased). However, if you've come up with a really creative idea like having your bakery scan one of our printable invitations onto a cake (like the Safari Cake on the right), then send it over.
*Your cakes DON'T need to be perfectly sculpted statuettes. Creativity, your write-ups, photo composition, etc. are no less important than "looks".
*A photo with some sort of "movement" or party atmosphere (like the child blowing out the candles in the Army vehicle cake to the right) adds lot's of life to the picture.
*Explain how you prepared the cake, where the idea came from, a few frosting or decorating tips that'll help make it easier for others to prepare it themselves, write up the recipe, or provide any other information you'd like to share. Your write-ups are REALLY important!
*Send a series of photos that show how you made the cake stage-by-stage.
*Send the highest quality photo you've got (but not larger than 1MB) Gifs or Jpg file formats. |
